Do you provide hair?


Hair is only included with boxbraids, twists and locs.




Do you wash hair?


I prefer that you come shampooed, conditioned, detangled and blown out. If you would like me to do so there is an additional charge or $25.




Are kids allowed in the salon?


No children are allowed unless they are being serviced. Do not bring extra guests.




What forms of payment do you accept?


i accept cash, pay pal and there is a $5.00 fee for credit cards.




What hair colors do you provide?


1, 1b, 2, 4, 33, 99j, 30, 27, 613, royal blue, purple, and gray. Any ombre colors or colors not listed must be brought with you. Xpressions hair is preferred for boxbraids but is not nessary. If you see a color you want grab it, I can work with any brand of hair.




What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule


Please text 708-261-8586 for any cancellations or to reschedule. All deposits are non refundable and another deposit will be required to book another appointment. No call/text will result in you being unable to book any future appointments.




Should I reschedule if I am running late?


There is a $10 charge if you're running up to 10 minutes late. Please give a courtesy call or text. Your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes late.




Can I change my service that I already booked


Please read carefully before booking your appointment. If you are unsure of the style you want its best to wait until you are sure. If you booked a service by accident and would like a different service please text 708-261-8586 so that I can make changes.
